She holds both a PhD and DBA in Educational Leadership and Finance, complemented by multiple academic and professional qualifications.
As Director of Ethics and Compliance at AIMFIN, she ensures adherence to global standards of professionalism and integrity. She currently serves as Administrator of Holy Child College, Ikoyi, providing strategic leadership in academic and institutional development. She is also the President of the Global Council for Peace Ambassadors (GCPA), leading global initiatives in intercultural dialogue and sustainable peacebuilding.

Amb. Dr. Akogwu Reuben Praise is a global academic leader, financial strategist, and chartered professional administrator with over 20 years of distinguished experience across higher education governance, professional institute leadership, and the financial services sector. He has driven institutional growth, strengthened regulatory compliance, advanced professional licensing frameworks, and supported curriculum innovation and capacity building across Africa and beyond. He currently serves as Executive Director and Registrar-General of the Artificial Intelligence Management and Finance Institute, where he oversees global certification standards, professional membership regulation, and international strategic partnerships. His career includes senior roles such as Registrar of Institut Universitaire La Grâce (Benin Republic), Acting President/Director of Studies at ESU–St Clements & Commonwealth University, Program Coordinator at the Institute of Management Consultants, and earlier banking appointments at Union Bank of Nigeria and Polaris Bank.
Academically accomplished, Dr. Akogwu holds a PhD in Accounting, multiple Master’s degrees, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting. He is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow/Certified Management Consultant, Certified Educator (TRCN), Doctoral Fellow, and Chartered Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Renowned for visionary leadership, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement, he contributes to research in financial regulation and educational behaviour, and is widely respected for his commitment to academic and professional excellence..

Amb. Dr. David Nedeojo Akogwu is a communication strategist and agribusiness expert with over a decade of experience in publishing and leadership development. As Secretary of AIMFIN, he oversees institutional records and governance processes.
He is Chief Editor at Ellana Editorials (Abuja) and previously served at Dunamis International Gospel Centre. Holding a PhD in Agribusiness Management and Masters degrees in Mass Comm and Animal Production, his expertise spans doctrinal editing, cybersecurity awareness, and climate research.

Amb. Dr. Peter Ibukunoluwa Olagunju is an accomplished administrator, certified project management professional, and strategic leader with broad experience spanning education, finance, media, consultancy, and organisational management. He serves as Director of Administration and Strategy and Head of the Lagos Region at the Artificial Intelligence Management and Finance Institute, where he leads institutional operations, academic coordination, governance support, and strategic development. He is also the Director of External Affairs and Professional Partnerships at Eagleversity Royal Professional University.
Dr. Olagunju holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management, an MBA, and a B.Sc. in Agricultural Engineering. He is a Doctoral Fellow of AIMFIN and the Institute of Humanitarian and Disaster Management. A United Nations and Global Peace Ambassador, he is recognised for excellence, integrity, and teamwork, and is passionate about organisational growth, capacity building, and delivering impactful, results-driven outcomes.

Dr. Caroline Ogbaji is an accomplished education administrator with a PhD in Educational Leadership. Currently Deputy Head Teacher at Holy Child College, Ikoyi, she oversees academic administration and student development.
With over two decades of experience, she is a certified TRCN professional, an Executive Fellow of AIMFIN, and a Global Peace Ambassador, committed to value-driven leadership and education sector improvement.

Dr. Senkoya is an AI education advocate with over 15 years of experience. As Registrar of AIMFIN, he oversees certification processes. He holds a PhD in Social Statistics and an MSc in Computer Science (AI & Machine Learning).
He is also Deputy Registrar at Institut Universitaire La Grâce (Benin) and a multilingual scholar specializing in data-driven strategy and educational planning.

Amb. Hannah is a seasoned finance professional and Senior Audit Officer at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN). She holds a BSc and MSc in Accounting and is an Associate Member of ANAN.
Known for her integrity and audit expertise, she brings strong financial governance and accountability to her role as Director of Finance.

Rosemary Adole is an accomplished Economist (MSc Unilag) with experience spanning the Lagos Internal Revenue Service, school administration, and university registries (Nnamdi Azikiwe University).
She is a passionate educationist committed to youth empowerment, mentorship, and driving positive social impact through peacebuilding initiatives.
